These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Quantivo website and any services provided by Quantivo. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Services
Quantivo provides search engine optimization (SEO), answer engine optimization (AEO), and related digital marketing services on a selective partnership basis. Service scope, deliverables, and fees are defined in individual client agreements.
Partnership Model
Quantivo limits active partnerships to ensure dedicated founder-level attention. Acceptance of a partnership application is at our sole discretion. Submission of an application does not guarantee engagement.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your business and website
- Grant necessary access to analytics, CMS, and search console platforms
- Review and approve content and technical recommendations in a timely manner
- Comply with applicable laws and search engine guidelines
Intellectual Property
All content, frameworks, and methodologies developed by Quantivo remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified in a client agreement. Client-owned assets and brand materials remain the property of the client.
Performance Disclaimer
Search rankings, AI citations, and traffic outcomes depend on numerous factors outside our control. While we commit to best-in-class execution, we do not guarantee specific ranking positions, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantivo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement according to the terms specified in the individual client contract. Upon termination, outstanding fees for work completed remain payable.
